Abstract

The research aims to studying and diagnosing the role of civil society organizations in developing women's skills and economic empowerment in Kirkuk Governorate. The study was based on studying and diagnosing the status of the Sara Training and Employment Establishment, which is concerned with training and employment, which seeks to develop women's skills and abilities, The project owner obtains sufficient material returns to enable her to become economically independent. Moreover, these projects enable her owners to organize and manage the work directly and in a manner that ensures that they do not conflict with their family responsibilities. The research reached a number of conclusions To build a number of proposals that we hope will be useful to the studied organization and other civil society organizations that are interested in the same activity and have the same orientation and track.
