Abstract
The article discusses various models of supply chains of goods. The classification and models of supply chains are considered. The basic concepts and elements of supply chain management are revealed. The theoretical basis of the article is research conducted in such fields of knowledge as logistics and supply chain management. Logistics supply chains are an important element in the activities of any company. They include the planning, production and management of goods, services and information from the point of origin to the point of consumption. Supply chains coordinate complex patterns of movement and transportation, shipment and receipt, import and export operations, warehousing, inventory management, procurement, production planning and customer service.
