Abstract

The article is devoted to the introduction of new types of private methods into expert practice that allow objectifying unreliable, false, and reliable information reported by participants in criminal proceedings. The introduction of expert opinions in the practice of criminal proceedings in narrow professional areas, in particular verification, will significantly expand the possibilities of complex psychological examinations. The objectification of knowledge embedded in the minds of investigators, lawyers, judges, participants of criminal process to address their own interests, according to the authors, will allow to reach a new level, as from a position of empowerment and competency of experts, and from the perspective of the objectification of the criminal process and proceedings as a whole.
