Abstract

This article analyzes the substantive features of the concept of «other grave consequences» within the framework of the qualification of violent sexual crimes. The author examines the position of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation on this issue, the materials of judicial practice, the positions of researchers. The etymological aspect of the interpretation of the studied category is also studied in the work. As a result, the author's version of the regulation of the definition under consideration is proposed.
