Abstract

Introduction. In the context of Ukraine military education reforming the determine of theoretical and methodological principles and approaches to military education standardization that integrated into system of high education in state and oriented to carrying the complementary links with science for education is actual task. Purpose. Analyze the basic principles and approaches to standardization of the military education in Ukraine.Methods. The system of general scientific and special methods of theoretical and empirical research (analysis of scientific literature, systematization and generalization of materials, logic and comparative, content analysis) was used in order to realize the article purpose. Results. The article deals with the basic principles and approaches to standardization of the military education in Ukraine that development in the theoretical and methodological discourse of contemporary science about education and which need to implementation and active using in the process of the Ukraine military education system improvement are considered. The link of basic principles and approaches to standardization of the high education with the frame documents, which is directed to the producing and standing of specialties and specialization that are in branch of knowledge “Military science, national safety, safety of state board”, is demonstrated. Originality. The development of the professional military education system in Ukraine on the base of standardized procedures is real need. The structural and hierarchical approach to qualification training content forming is implemented in the system of the officers and military specialists training of state-members of NATO. This approach is basic for adapting of common approaches to standardization of high education in civil sector, determining the content and organizing the qualification training of the officers. Also this approach is a basic of determine and improvement of the qualification levels of the officers training on the basic of prognoses the changes for qualifications in officers and military specialists training have a link with development and standardization of the “Military science, national safety, safety of state board”, is demonstrated branch of knowledge in Ukraine. Conclusion. Development of the theoretical and methodological background of military education standardization and norming of it need adaptation to military education the basic principles and approaches that is background of educational scientific and practical acting.
