Abstract

The article summarizes for the first time the experience of teaching Russian as a foreign language at the preparatory faculty according to the methodology based on the educational and methodological complex "Live Speech" in an experimental group of students. The order of presentation of the material and its impact on the assimilation of information is analyzed. The article characterizes the peculiarities of the methodology of teaching Russian as a foreign language, combining a communicative approach and reliance on grammar. The conclusion is made about the effectiveness of the methodology and the need to find new effective approaches in teaching Russian as a foreign language at the initial stage of training.
