Сучасні тенденції трансформації системи загальної середньої освіти України

Abstract

The article describes modern tendencies of the transformation of the system of general secondary education in Ukraine, highlights the tasks and content of education, especially its transformation of structure and management. In the course of the study it was determined that the transformation of the average general education is conditioned by relevant general civilization tendencies as globalization and informatization. Author stresses that the main tendencies in changing the tasks of the system of general secondary education in modern conditions are: priority, increasing the role of technologies, increasing the role of foreign languages, focusing on the development of multiculturalism and communicative personality. Was found out that among the main tendencies of the transformation of the content of general secondary education in modern conditions it is possible to determine the humanization and integration of the content of individual disciplines. The transformation of the organization and management of the system of general secondary education in modern conditions consists in forming a new structure of general secondary education, developing partnerships and opening-up of institutions of general secondary education, creating school districts in rural areas, and a mechanism for personal financing for the formation of the budget of an educational institution.
