Abstract
Formation and development of cities was accompanied by com-mercializing the process of using the properties of natural objects of the increasing diversity of natural resources. This process is accompanied by the formation stages of technogenesis and natural and social complex of cities. When this lack of attention to the peculiarities of correlation of economic development of the city, its infrastructure and ecosystems, has led to significant degradation of natural systems with consequences for consumers, users of natural resources, properties of natural objects. In foreign domestic science, this phenomenon has been the object of serious attention. At the same time, studies of these problems do not affect the aspects of the relationship with the ecosystem cities neighborhoods with the consequences of them.
