Abstract

This article evaluates the regional balanced development policy from President Noh’s government, aiming to suggesting the future regional balanced development policy implemented by the Presidential Committe for Decentralization and Balanced Development(the PCDBD).
 We analyze the redistribution of regional balanced development policy largely depends on political tendency by each government although the subsidies followes the initial distributions rule. Thus, the regional development policy, implemented by since 2004 has limited to encourage the endogeous-frinedly regional development. We suggest that the PCDBD’s future roles based on the regional balanced development policy analysis.
