Abstract

The problem of social and labor mobility of Vladimir younger generation is considered on the basis of the sociological survey. The professional fulfillment of the population under the age of 35 has a number of specific features. In this group, people over the age of 25 who already have secondary vocational or higher education are mainly engaged in employment. Public amenities and trade are the most common areas of employment. Less young people than older generations choose factory job and social work. A long search for a job, the unstable social and labor fulfillment possibilities lead to a widespread desire of the younger generation to have a small but stable income and confidence in future. The social and economic challenges result in the impossibility of young people to fulfill their own business potential.
