Abstract

The purpose of this study is to derive the effect of the degree of solidarity between parents and adult children on the intention to donate real estate assets and suggest implications. First, it was found that the contact bond between parents and adult children did not affect the intention to donate real estate assets. Second, the functional bond between parents and adult children was found to affect the intention to donate real estate assets. Third, the unity between parents and adult children was found to affect the intention to donate real estate assets. Fourth, the affectional bond between parents and adult children was found to have no effect on the intention to donate real estate assets. Lastly, the normative bond between parents and adult children was found to affect the intention to donate real estate assets.
