Abstract

The paper outlines the essence and the content of the teacher’s moral and legal responsibility in the V.O.Sukhomlyns’ky’s theoretical heritage. It substantiates the significance of personality’s moral and legal responsibility at the present stage of the education and Ukrainian society development; reflects the main approaches to forming teacher’s moral and legal responsibility on the grounds of V.O. Sukhomlyns’ky’s researches. Key words: moral responsibility, legal responsibility, the development of responsibility, pedagogical activity, relationships in pedagogical community.
