Abstract

This article deals with office work in the state language, widely used in the operational and official activities of the internal affairs bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic. Detailed information is provided on the specifics of office work used in the internal affairs bodies, the scope of its application, the definition of terms. Also about the existing differences in the use of office work in law enforcement agencies and in the civil sphere, and in names. This is also stated in the analysis in the order of information. In addition, brief information is provided on the requirements of electronic document management for digitization of documents used in the internal affairs bodies today. As an example, the article presents definitions of documents, such as certificates, orders and orders, as well as their subsections and types. Information is provided on the changes and features of the use of these documents when translating from the official language into the state language.
