Abstract

The subject of research is the process of management of interfirm and network interaction and spatial development. Consideration of the control impact on the systemic development of the interaction of vertically integrated corporations, network organizations and regional economic systems. The purpose of this work is to analyze the strategy of system development of interaction, integration processes in the field of tourism. The article identifies effective ways of interaction between vertically integrated corporations, regional economic systems and network organizations, in which the maximum positive synergistic effect is achieved, becomes one of the priority tasks of regional research. The article describes in detail the main types of economic entities. These include regional economic systems, vertically integrated corporations and network organizations. Analyzed the main problems of interaction of vertically integrated corporations, network organizations and regional economic subsystems. As a result of the study, it was concluded that when developing strategies for interaction between vertically integrated corporations and regional systems, it is necessary to provide innovative support, create a special infrastructure, and concentrate forces and resources in truly significant and promising areas in order to achieve maximum synergy. The best option is to coordinate the development priorities of vertically integrated corporations and the regional economic system, namely, the prioritization of the formation of zones of intensive economic growth and the priority of updating the business portfolio. This will allow to form an effective interaction strategy and achieve the desired positive effect from the emergence of a sustainable synthesis of priority and further development of the systems under study. Thus, when developing a strategy for the interaction of vertically integrated corporations and regional systems, it is necessary to provide innovative support, to form a special infrastructure, to concentrate forces and resources in really significant and promising territories in order to achieve maximum synergy effect. The best option is to coordinate the development priorities of vertically integrated corporations and the regional economic system, namely, prioritizing the formation of zones of intensive economic growth and the priority of updating the business portfolio. This will create an effective interaction strategy and achieve the desired positive effect from the emergence of a sustainable synthesis of priority and further development investigated systems.
