Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship among social capital, social support and quality of life in elderly participants of physical activity. The sample of this study were 220 elderly participating in physical activity. exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, reliability analysis and structural equation model analysis were used by SPSS 15.0 program and AMOS 7.0 program. The findings of this study were as follows. First, social capital such as trust and network, reciprocity significantly have influenced on social support such as other support. Also, social capital such as trust and network significantly have influenced on social support such as family support. Second, social capital such as network significantly have influenced on quality of life. Third, social support such as family support significantly have influenced on quality of life.
