Abstract
The purpose of this study was to understand the relationship between the satisfaction of major activities and the intention to continue in the future due to the positive career attitude of dance majors in college. The subjects of this study were 240 university dance majors. Statistical processing was performed by multiple regression analysis. the results are as follow. First, the determination and independence of the dance major had a significant positive (+) effect on the intrinsic major activity satisfaction. However, the confident career attitude did not have a significant effect. Second, the determination and independence of the dance major had a significant positive (+) effect on the extrinsic major activity satisfaction. However, the confident career attitude did not have a significant effect. Third, the determination and independence career attitude of the dance major had a significant positive (+) effect on the intention to continue in the future. However, the confident career attitude did not have a significant effect. Fourth, it was found that the intrinsic and extrinsic satisfaction with dance majors had a significant positive (+) effect on the intention to continue in the future. As a result, in order to continue the dance activities of dance majors, it is necessary to increase their satisfaction with dance major activities by cultivating positive career attitudes.
