Abstract

This article examines the background and purpose of the establishment of the National Police University, and analyzes and evaluates the content and meaning of the argument for the existence of the National Police University. The theory of the existence of the National Police University is the theory of the existence of the undergraduate degree program of the National Police University. There is no dispute about maintaining the Graduate School of Public Safety.
