Abstract
The article briefly analyzes approaches to the interpretation of the term "visualization", the problem of information visualization in the study of information disciplines. The latest information and communication technologies for expanding the visualization tools of information disciplines are considered. The use of educational online resources as a means of activating students' cognitive activity is proposed. A systematic review of educational online resources was conducted, which can be used both for learning new material and for consolidating acquired abilities and skills in various forms of educational organization.
