Abstract

In the educational and methodological manual, the safety of the educational environment is considered as a condition for the successful development of relationships between participants in educational relations, as a vector of socio-psychological development of students, in this regard, the general provisions for the formation of a safe educational environment are presented. Also considered are additional conditions that ensure psychological safety, which include the socio-psychological climate and the implementation of the principles of dialogical education. This paper proposes not only methodological materials on the formation of the psychological safety of the educational environment, but also a wide range of diagnostic tools necessary for organizing its continuous monitoring. The educational and methodological manual is intended for psychologists, teachers of educational organizations, students of pedagogical higher educational institutions, it can be useful for researchers, administrative and managerial staff in the field of education.
