Abstract

Background Wide fractions of light hydrocarbons (WFLH) contains both components of the gas and liquid (petrol) hydrocarbons. The gas being the mass processing plants side-by products at the same time is a valuable raw material for production of commercial products. Existing methods for recovery of WFLH committed unacceptable for small and remote fields. This problem for these fields in the near future will increase substantially due to changes in legislation, which will be resulted in the forward significant increase of associated gas utilization. Aims and Objectives Return to the turnover process of useful by-product of oil production - wide fractions of light hydrocarbons - with the help of its hot accelerated separation technology. Methods Investigation of physico-chemical properties of the components of natural gas liquids, computer simulations of partial WFLH degassing using software and computer system HYSYS. Results There was designed, manufactured, assembled and put into operation as the part of the gas field treatment installation «Karakuduk» the small-sized partial WFLH degassing plant. commercial oil, degassed by WFLH part compounding can increase the oil production and provide preservation of its petrol capacity. Conclusion Increase in the commercial oil production maintaining the saturated vapor pressure quality at delivery and acceptance points effects in very tangible benefits.
