Abstract

The paper presents the result of a study of the influence of varietal characteristics on the yield capacity and quality of some white-berry grape varieties in a uncovered culture in the conditions of the central zone of the Krasnodar region. The objects of the study were Bianka, Stanichnyi and Muscat Aksaiskiy varieties. In our observations, we carried out a single crop accounting with weighing and counting bunches from 12 bushes of each variant. The sugar content in berries was determined at the time of harvest using a areometer, and the titrated acidity content was measured on the day of harvest. Sugar accumulation and acidity in berries were determined according to the classification of M.A. Lazarevsky.
