Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of psychologically significant problems of peacekeeping operations. In the course of the theoretical research the variety of problems is shown. The main problems are: the problem of dominance in peacekeeping; the problem of coordination of the peacekeeping contingent; the problem of neutrality; the problem of perception of the enemy's image; the problem of goal-setting of the military presence outside the national States; the problem of interethnic tolerance; language problems; the problem of psychological examination of international normative legal acts and documents; the problem of personnel potential of peacekeeping forces; the problem of interaction of psychologists of various departments and structures in the conduct of psychological work. The specificity of peacekeeping activities imposes additional requirements on psychologists of the Ministry of defense of Russia, the Ministry of internal Affairs of Russia and other law enforcement agencies such as: professional flexibility, mobility, activity, creativity, wide life and professional Outlook and experience, personal capacity, independence. The material of the article, the possession of the specifics of extreme activities in the field of peacekeeping operations allows to build an optimal system of psychological work.
