Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the formation of professional readiness of future lawyers to work in law enforcement agencies. The purpose of the article is to analyse the role of practice in the formation of professional readiness of law students for law enforcement, identifying problems and prospects for its improvement. Today, a citizen of the country, who lives according to the laws and creates the values of civil society is in demand. This means that it is necessary to find adequate ways to implement the social order, including the capabilities of higher education. The role of the legal clinic as a form of integration of students to practice in the legal field is shown. The methodology researches consisted of: theoretical analysis of literature and normative legal sources, synthesis, dialectics, approaches, concepts, questionnaires, analysis of the products of students' activities. Competent organisation of practice as part of the educational process at the university will contribute to the effectiveness of the formation of professional readiness of future lawyers to work in law enforcement agencies with a focus on cooperation with students and teachers of the Department of Jurisprudence through various forms of work. The problems mentioned in the article during the internship can be used in the course of scientific research on the topic. Suggestions for improving the practice are given.
