Abstract

Over the past five years, Uzbekistan has been promoting not only national, but also regional interests Central Asia in the system of international relations.Uzbekistan's initiatives to ensure security, socio-economic development and strengthen regional cooperation in Central Asia are supported by the world community.This scientific article is devoted to these aspects, emphasizing that the new political reality in the region, formed thanks to the active, proactive and constructive diplomacy of official Tashkent, has a positive effect on strengthening cooperation between the countries of Central Asia on a wide range of issues.Also, scientifically substantiated that the new regional policy of Uzbekistan and the format of “consultationmeetings” that emerged on its basis significantly affect the configuration of socio-political and geopolitical processes in Central Asia, which strengthens its status as an initiator of integration and regional processes
