Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of concerns about healthcare data leakage and privatization on the perception of data sharing. In particular, an analysis of the mediating effects of regulatory awareness, corporate trust, government trust, and information human rights awareness was conducted to identify factors affecting the relationship between concerns about data leakage and privatization and awareness of data sharing. As a result of the analysis, there was no direct effect between concerns about data leakage and awareness of data sharing, but concerns about privatization were found to have a direct effect with awareness of data sharing. Second, the mediating effect of regulatory awareness and corporate trust was found between concerns about data leakage and awareness of data sharing. Third, between concerns about privatization and awareness of data sharing, only the mediating effect of corporate trust showed statistical significance.
