Abstract
having entered a new century, information technologies have made great pro-gress, and under its influence, communication technologies and computer technologies are changing every day. These two technologies profoundly affect people's production, life, and social behavior. Currently, the trend of economic globalization is becoming more and more obvious, there is a tendency to integrate communication technologies and a computer base. The integra-tion of computer and communication technologies plays an important role in promoting eco-nomic and social development and will enable communication technologies to achieve sustaina-ble development. This article first analyzes electronic computing technologies, then analyzes communication technologies, and finally discusses the technology of integrating electronic com-puting and communication technologies in order to jointly promote their integration and bring a new engine to the development of the economy.
