Abstract
The results of assessing the influence of blast furnace operation parameters on the durability of tuyeres are presented. It is noted that the furnace operation parameters influence the durability of tuyeres multidirectionally depending both on the blast furnace volume and on their operating conditions (type of injected fuel). The increase in the blast furnace volume causes a corresponding increase in the number of operation parameters have the strongest impact on the durability of tuyeres.
