ОЦІНКА ПОТЕНЦІАЛУ ПІДВИЩЕННЯ КОНКУРЕНТОСПРОМОЖНОСТІ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ ХІМІЧНОЇ ПРОМИСЛОВОСТІ

Abstract

The paper considers problem of evaluation of potential to increase the competitiveness as a base of forming the directions of competitiveness development of enterprises of chemical industry. State of Ukrainian chemical industry by sectors, volumes of production, profitability of enterprises was described. Necessity of evaluation of potential to increase the competitiveness of chemical industry enterprises was proved. Directions of competitiveness increasing in the world chemical industry were distinguished. Dynamics of number of employed, net revenues, value of assets, product cost and profits at enterprises of chemical industry was determined. It was proved that strengthening of competitive positions is a main element of increasing of chemical industry enterprises competitiveness at domestic and foreign markets. Quantitative assessment of financial economic ability of chemical industry enterprises for introduction of mechanism of strengthening of competitive positions was carried out. It was determined that potential of increasing the volumes of production was kept only at Private JSC “BERTI” and Public JSC “DNEPRAZOT”. Enterprises of chemical industry have high level of resource intensity of production, insufficient level of own capital turnover, negative level of product profitability. Enterprises function in conditions of the escalation of inflation and easing of tax burden due to reduction of profits tax. Directions of chemical industry enterprises competitiveness development must be formed according to components of rate of financial economic potential of strengthening of competitive positions.
