Abstract
1982年1月1日から1983年12月31日までの2年間の本邦における原発性肝癌5,567例について,429施設の協力によって,個人票を作成して調査した.このうち,2,251例は組織型が明らかで,肝細胞癌2,054例,胆管細胞癌118例,混合型22例,肝芽腫11例,肉腫7例,その他の原発性肝癌39例となっている.他の3,316例は組織型不明であった.組織型の明らかな症例について,腫瘍の組織型,併存病変の有無,転移様式,腫瘍の性状,周囲組織への浸潤程度,既往歴,診断時のAFP値などを調査すると共に治療と予後について検討した.
