Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to explore the differences in the relevant circumstances in the relevant circumstances Ikeda’s philosophy of education and teachers’ beliefs. This study used self questionnaire survey conducted research to Taiwan Preschool Teacher for the study to Ikeda received ideas nurtured education Preschool Teacher , purposive sampling method to investigate and compare private garden nursery dedicated analyzed their differences to self the Preschool Teacher education and teachers' beliefs growth concept scale as a research tool. Issued a total of 164 questionnaires, 154 valid questionnaires, availability of 94.00%, respectively, descriptive statistics, one-way analysis of variance, independent samples t test, Scheff' post hoc analysis.The results are summarized,by causing the following conclusions: 1. Daisaku Ikeda explore the educational philosophy of the situation belief Practice Preschool Teachers in the current situation, the display on the field practice classroom management and teachers and students need more efforts to achieve the unity of knowledge of effectiveness. The interaction and cooperation among colleagues, if the quality of education philosophy when implemented, have real feedback in the Field of Education; otherwise, can only be seen by people who are interested in small groups of model manipulation, there is danger of physical and spiritual development of children. 2. Different background variables were less than significant differences in educational philosophy and teacher beliefs. 3. Finally, based on the findings of this study, make recommendations, for educational institutions, parents, as a reference for subsequent researchers.
