Abstract

The concept of carsharing is not fixed in Russian legislation. The absence of a legally fixed concept of carsharing and its regulation entails legal uncertainty. There are different opinions among scientists and practicing lawyers regarding the legal nature of the carsharing agreement. The article examines the legal structure of the carsharing agreement and qualification issues. It should be concluded that currently a carsharing agreement is a legal constructor that includes elements of various agreements enshrined in the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
