Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate relationships among fun factors, and exercise flow, exercise adherence, by selecting popular general physical activity classes at college: a theoretical model based on these relationships has been tested.BR College students taking the general physical activity classes voluntarily completed the questionnaires during the outing period. The conclusions are as follows;BR Hypothesis 1, general physical activity class’s fun factors has a positive influence on exercise flow, is accepted by analyzing the data.BR Hypothesis 2, general physical activity class’s fun factors has a positive influence on exercises adherence, is accepted by analyzing the data.BR Hypothesis 3, general physical activity class’s exercise flow has a positive influence on exercises adherence, is accepted by analyzing the data.
