Abstract

In this article, we have identified the aspect of violation of the functional state of the body and a reduced level of daily activity in students. The topic of daily activity for students of a sports University is relevant, since it is not easy to combine training and sports without breaking the correct daily routine. The final results can help to improve the effectiveness of the educational and training process, students will be able to make adjustments to their usual daily routine to improve the functioning of life support systems and as a result of improving performance.  To get information about the General condition and performance, we used the method of visual-motor reaction, and also analyzed the data during the tapping test for students of the Ural state University of physical culture, which was used to evaluate the work of the nervous system.  Based on the results of a simple visual-motor reaction, we determined that the majority of students have a tendency to decrease performance, are at the "border of the norm" (62%) have an early stage of fatigue. But in General, the situation is stable, with 22% having absolutely normal indicators. Students need adequate exercise, a balanced diet, reduced emotional stress, and rest. The results of the tapping test indicate that a large number of subjects have marked the severity of a weak nervous system, also in a small group, the result indicates a medium-weak nervous system, and only a couple of people have a strong nervous system. The study revealed the following: the majority of participants in the experiment during the tapping test marked the severity of a weak nervous system (72%), a medium-weak nervous system occurs in 24% of the subjects, a medium-strength nervous system is noted in 3% of athletes, and a strong nervous system is noted in only 1 person from the number of participants in the experiment (1%)
