Abstract

The article reveals the conceptual foundations of the problem’s measurement, raises the problem of extracurricular educational work aimed at the creative realization of the potential of adolescents. The personal, activity-procedural and search-research approaches to the formation of the student’s creative personality during extracurricular educational work of a comprehensive school are analyzed. The expediency of using the ideas of the historical experience of forming a teenager during extracurricular educational work of modern Ukrainian school is substantiated.The development of adequate strategies, forms and methods of extracurricular educational work with pupils of a secondary school aimed at forming a creative personality, which plays a special role at the present stage of civilization development, is characterized.The purpose of the article is to outline the peculiarities of the ideas of historical experience of the formation of the adolescent’s personality during extracurricular educational work of the modern comprehensive school of Ukraine. In studying the formation of the teenager’s creative personality during extracurricular educational work, we analyzed a large number of educational work plans, scientific sources and concluded that the necessary condition for this process is to take into account the psychological and pedagogical features and to use the psychological and pedagogical techniques, cooperation between teachers, parents and the public. It is revealed that the psychological patterns of the personality of adolescence, when there is a sense of adolescence and the associated desire for independence, are important.It is determined that in formation of the personality of the student, in particular the teenager, proper place should be given to the teacher, the class teacher who plans the educational process, prepares the student for the future adult life, taking into account the features of the classroom and each student.It has been established that for the effective work of the class teacher, pedagogical skill, which combines intuition, inspiration, talent, and aspiration for constant self-improvement, psychological and pedagogical and socio-pedagogical knowledge is extremely important.
