Abstract

The article substantiates approaches to ensuring and increasing the efficiency of an industrial enterprise in an unstable period of operation and development. The main tasks of managing the efficiency of an industrial enterprise in conditions of ensuring the efficiency of activities, enhancing efficiency of activities and stimulating the process of achieving performance are disclosed. The process of implementing the basic tasks of managing the efficiency of the functioning and development of the enterprise has been studied in the main processes (production, implementation, investment and financing) and in the context of management functions (analysis, planning, organization, accounting, control, regulation). An algorithm for implementing the basic tasks of managing the performance of an industrial enterprise is proposed, which provides for the successive implementation of six stages. This is the stage of a comprehensive analysis of the state of the enterprise's performance, the stage of an estimation of realization of the basic processes of financial and economic activity of the enterprise, the stage of determining the degree of performance of the functions of managing the performance of the enterprise, the stage of the formation of potential opportunities for the implementation of management tasks, the stage of determining the possibility of achieving an effective state and the stage of supporting the achieved state of the efficiency of the activity of an industrial enterprise. The developed approaches will contribute to the growth of financial performance, strengthening of sustainability and solvency in a risk environment. Approaches will improve the management of efficiency and improve the efficiency of the system for managing the efficiency of economic entities in general.
