Abstract

ملخص عربى : الجودة مصطلح يکثر استخدامه في کافة المجالات وفي مختلف التخصصات، فهو يشغل کثيرا من رجال العلم والصناعة والإنتاج، ومنذ نهاية التسعينيات من القرن الماضي تواجه النظم التعليمية تحديا کبيرا، يتمثل في ضمان جودة التعليم الذي تقدمه المؤسسات التعليمية. فضمان الجودة يتمثل في مجموعة النشاطات المصممة أو الموجهة للتأکد من أن العمليات والإجراءات التي تتم في تلک المؤسسات ستحقق الوصول إلى المخرج الذي تحدده أهدافها، ويقع على عضو هيئة التدريس الدور الأکبر في تحقيق ذلک، إذ يعد التدريس أحد أهم وظائف الجامعة، حيث تهدف عملية التدريس إلى إعداد الخريجين وتأهيلهم، ولذا فإن جودة التعليم مرتبطة بجودة التدريس بما يتضمن من مهارات وأساليب وطرائق واستراتيجيات يتبعها عضو هيئة التدريس لتحقيق الأهداف المنشودة. لذا هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى استقصاء معايير ضمان جودة المحاضرة الجامعية من خلال الإجابة عن الأسئلة الآتية: - ما دواعي الاهتمام بتطبيق الجودة في مؤسسات التعليم العالي ؟ - ما مؤشرات الجودة ومعاييرها في الأداء الجامعي؟ - ما معايير جودة المحاضرة الجامعية؟ استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي من خلال مسح التجارب السابقة على مستوى الهيئات المحلية والعالمية، وکذلک الدراسات والأبحاث العلمية في مجال ضمان الجودة، والتدريس، وکفايات ومهارات أعضاء هيئة التدريس، وعالجت الدراسة معنى ضمان الجودة في مؤسسات التعليم العالي ودواعي تطبيقه وأهميته، ورکزت على التجربة الأردنية في مجال معايير ضمان الجودة في مؤسسات التعليم العالي الأردنية، وخلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من معايير ضمان جودة المحاضرة الجامعية تم تحليلها وإخراجها بشکل نهائي، وخرجت بمجموعة من التوصيات أهمها تصميم برامج تدريبية لأعضاء الهيئات التدريسية في الجامعات بهدف مساعدتهم على تطبيق معايير جودة المحاضرة الجامعية. ملخص انجليزى : The term Quality is frequently used in various disciplines; science, industry and production. Educational systems, since nineteen’s of the last century, face a major challenge to ensure the quality of education provided by educational institutions. Ensuring quality is a series of activities designed and directed to ensure that the processes and procedures will achieve the defined outcome of the institution. As teaching is being one of the most important roles of the university, it is the faculty member burden to achieve the quality of teaching by meeting the intended outcomes through implementing various teaching skills and techniques, methods and strategies.This study aimed at investigating the university lecture quality standards by answering the following questions:- What is quality assurance in higher education institutions and the rationale for its implementation?- What are the international indicators and standards of quality in university performance?- What standards ensure the quality of the university lecture?The researchers used the analytical method through surveying the past relevant global and local experiences, as well as quality assurance literature, teaching, and faculty members’ competencies and skills. They also addressed the meaning of quality assurance in higher education institutions and the rationale for its implementation and its importance, and focused on the Jordanian experience in the field of quality assurance in higher education institutions. The study concluded a set of standards to ensure the quality of university lecture, and recommended designing training programs for faculty members in universities to help ensure and implement the quality standards of the lecture
