Abstract

There is an indicator for the interaction of track and rolling stock as the stability to mounting of a wheel flange on a rail, failure to do so leads to violation of road safety, namely the rolling stock immediately. The main causes of retirements, as a rule, is considered a violation of the norms of the steepness of the curve elevation, a great difference in bending arrows adjacent points, wrong device of the curve elevation. In many cases, the deviations recorded simultaneously on several parameters in position coming-off. The mounting of a wheel flange on a rail has often been the cause of coming-off. Conditions stability for the mounting of a wheel flange on a rail is defined as the ratio of forces that prevent the rise of the wheel to the forces that seek to raise it. To calculate the coefficient of stability for the mounting of a wheel flange on a rail, there are two identical methodologies. It is recommended to use the ratio of vertical to horizontal forces based on the coefficient of friction and tilt wheel comb, which should not be less than the set value. The lowest values of the coefficient of stability for the mounting of a wheel flange on a rail in curves with radii less than350 mcurves obtained at lower vertical loading wheel and the negative values of horizontal acceleration. During driving passenger cars with two-axle bogies with horizontal acceleration of and more coefficient of stability for the mounting of a wheel flange on a rail is close to the minimum value that should be considered in solving problems of increasing speeds in the curves.
