Abstract

This article discusses the organizational and legal foundations of fire training as a special type of personnel training for filling positions in the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation. The current regulatory legal acts related to this type of training are analyzed, attention is drawn to certain shortcomings of legal support in terms of regulating the process of fire training of young employees of internal affairs bodies. The most problematic issue of the organization of personnel training in the basics of fire training in the process of profes-sional training under the programs of professional training for the position of an employee of the "Police" in educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, which occurs in the practical daily activities of the internal affairs bodies, is touched upon. The authors have proposed their own solution to the problem, which consists in fixing a change in a certain regulatory legal act of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, the purpose of which is to improve the activities of the internal affairs bodies in terms of training the personnel of fire readiness, acquiring the necessary skills and abilities.
