Abstract
The article is devoted to consideration of the content and current problems of legal support for children's recreation and health improvement in the city of Sevastopol. Measures of state support for the organization of recreation and recreation and health improvement of children living in the city of Sevastopol are analyzed. The main directions of law enforcement practice are identified, ensuring the implementation of the provisions of relevant city legislation. The author's theoretical, methodological, scientific and practical proposals have been formulated to improve the quality and effectiveness of the application of the Law of the city of Sevastopol “On ensuring the rights of children living in the city of Sevastopol to health improvement and recreation”, aimed at forming a systemic model of state policy in the field of ensuring children’s rights at the level cities of federal significance.
