Abstract
The apprenticeship in Japan for typical japan industrial present-states are observed at Wajima-city, Yamanaka-town, Aizu-Wakamatsu city, Kawatsura-town. Old traditional industrial system on the hand craft technology have been said to be destroyed and abandoned off because of its low industrial economical efficiency, however, real present states are contrary different. Traditional hand craft technology based on strict apprenticeship still alive in above mentioned industrial areas to produce excellent lacquer wares, so called japan. Younger peoples who has come hopefully to be become professional workers are willing to obey strict apprenticeship training in the craft shop in the city. Industrial importance of apprenticeship is being emphasized, and educational bureaucracy which so far has denied the apprenticeship on the reason of its old fashioned idea, is strictly criticized to make renaissance in traditional Japanese cultures.
