Abstract
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to focus on how the characteristics of meeting technology affect workers in the MICE industry when the importance of meeting technology is emerging and activated in the MICE industry, and to suggest expected effects and activation measures accordingly. In addition, by using meeting technology, the purpose of exploring the influence relationship between self-efficacy, employee loyalty, and job commitment of workers in the MICE industry is to contribute to the efficient use of meeting technology by workers in various fields in the MICE industry.
 Methods: For empirical research, a survey was conducted on MICE industry workers and analyzed using a total of 165 effective samples. The statistical analysis of this study was based on the frequency analysis of demographic characteristics, and the influence relationship between each variable was identified by conducting multiple regression analysis.
 Results: The effect of satisfying technology on self-efficacy of MICE industry workers was partially adopted, and the effect of satisfying technology on employee loyalty of MICE industry workers was also partially adopted. In addition, it was confirmed that the effect of self-efficacy of workers in the MICE industry on job commitment, the effect of self-efficacy on employee loyalty, and the effect of job commitment on employee loyalty were all adopted.
 Conclusion: A study was conducted on the perception of importance and degree of use of meeting technology by workers throughout the MICE industry. It is significant in that it conducted and analyzed research on various ranges of MICE industry workers further from the convention industry at the time when human resources become important.
