Abstract
The article identifies common problems and disadvantages of building enterprise management. The article analyzes a method of economical management of the objects» (lean production), identifies the differences between the traditional business model and the lean business model - a management approach and implementation of the process during construction. The article identifies the causes of construction backwardness from many industries. The article defines the main errors of implementation of the Lean- construction. The article also offers a modern management strategy - the lean construction (economical construction), examines its features and discusses the tasks that are performed with the help of this strategy in the performance of a construction company. Article determines the relevance of the implementation of this concept.
