Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide information necessary for predictions and suggestions for sustainable participation in the future epidemic situation by examining the effect of the psychological experiences of dance sports participants in the era of COVID-19 on exercise commitment and exercise satisfaction. For this purpose, a sample of 230 people participating in dance sports at dance sports institutes in Seoul was sampled using the convenient sampling method among non-probability sampling methods. Of these, 215 copies were selected as final data, excluding 15 copies with insincere statements. The collected data were subjected to frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 25.0 statistical program. The results derived based on these procedures and the designed theory are as follows. First, it was found that the psychological experience of dance sports participants in the Corona-19 era had a partially significant effect on exercise immersion. Second, it was found that the psychological experience of dance sports participants in the era of COVID-19 had a significant effect on exercise satisfaction. Third, it was found that exercise immersion in dance sports participants in the era of Corona 19 had a significant effect on exercise satisfaction.
