Abstract
The pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine scaffold is a promising target in the field of heterocyclic chemistry due to its unique structure and wide potential for application in medical chemistry. The ability to chemically modify both the pyrazole and pyrimidine rings provides a platform for the preparation of a variety of derivatives with variable properties. The review examines pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine derivatives that have antitumor, anti-inflammatory, antidiabetic and antiviral activity.
