Abstract

In the modern world, personnel management plays a very important role in the development of society, since the management of the organization as a whole depends on the correct approach to personnel management. With the help of human resources, managers achieve their goals and objectives, using the work, intelligence and motives of other people's behavior. In this regard, the mastery of the bases of the organization of the process of managing the behavior of staff becomes of particular relevance and for this, we consider the problem of the most effective management of the behavior of the modern one. Due to the growing role of the human factor in modern production, one of the most important functions of personnel management is the development of personnel, and not just bringing it in line with the availability of jobs, which requires a different approach to making managerial decisions. This became an argument for the allocation of human resources management in a separate direction of management.Personnel management is a set of principles, methods and means of purposeful influence on personnel that ensure maximum utilization of their intellectual and physical abilities when performing labor functions for the achievement of the objectives of the enterprise. The mechanism of behavior management as an individualized activity is less defined, since it involves the introduction of regulators that are at the subconscious level. But the generalization of experience gives grounds to say that the behavior of the team is influenced by internal sociopsychic characteristics of people, the nature of leadership, the value of corporate culture, the nature of socio-psychological climate in the team, etc. Consequently, labor behavior: reflects the functional algorithm of the production process, is a behavioral analogue of labor activity; is a form of adaptation of the employee to the requirements and conditions of the technological process and social environment; acts as a dynamic manifestation of social standards, stereotypes and professional settings that are internalized by the individual in the process of socialization and concrete life experience; reflects the characterological features of the employee's personality; is a certain way and means of human action to its surrounding production and social environment.
