Abstract
To form a resource recycling society , to extend the life of landfill sites and to decompose the PCDDs/DFs (Dioxins) , the melting process of municipal waste incinerator residue is estimated to be the best way of recycling products as resources. This paper presents a recent application of an arc melting system and utilization of its products, and briefly introduces a fly ash melting technology by oxygen burner. The arc melting process of fly ash mixed with bottom ash has been certified , and produced slag has been utilized as a fine aggregate of asphalt concrete.
