Abstract

This study is to evaluate the condition and criteria of sports activity program of local children’s center under the cases, and through this, the political project of sports activity of local children’s center is found to provide the basic data to establish the service system of sports welfare for low-income household’s children.BR The sports program of local children’s center was very restrictive, and the limits of human resources in the local children’s center such as absolute insufficiency of facility and space, difficulties in reservation of external sports facility, insufficient budget, and multiple roles by one person were appealed. Furthermore, the low-income supportive program provided by the central and local government and sports association was definitely shortBR For low-income household’s children, as sports may socially, mentally, and physically contribute greatly, the policy of active vitalization of sports activity in local children’s center is required, and when the transition of paradigm in sports value by sportsdom and local children’s center (social welfare field) is raised, sports will contribute not only to low-income household’s children in the local children’s center but also the proposition of social issues through sports.
