Abstract

The article deals with the psychological peculiarities of receiving information from the victim. The victim is one of the important figures in the process. Chapter 7 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Georgia is dedicated to the victim and his / her rights and responsibilities. Much depends on the victim giving an objective and complete testimony on how well the factual circumstances of the case will be established and a correct legal assessment will be given for the action. Therefore, it is crucial to use psychological methods correctly and effectively in the process of interviewing the victim, to motivate the victim to provide complete information to the person making the case. The topic of the report is related to the psychology of victim surveying. The present article will focus on the fact that the interrogation process does not illegally affect the will of the victim, which makes the information provided by him as inadmissible evidence. It should be noted that in many cases it is quite problematic to draw a line between the psychological method allowed by the law and the unlawful influence, and in each case the person making the psychological method should be very careful not to use the psychological method in the process of applying the psychological method.
