Abstract

The article discusses the concepts of «adaptation» and «adaptability», factors influencing the success of employee adaptation and personal characteristics that determine adaptability. The advantages of an effective adaptation system for the enterprise and for a specific employee are revealed. The stages of the adaptation process and a list of necessary measures for the adaptation of new employees at the enterprise are described
