Abstract
Objectives The purpose of this study is to investigate the accessibility of the information and rental service to Support Center for Childcare(SCC).
 Methods For this purpose this study analyzed the 25 websites of SCC in Seoul and the 128 websites of branch offices. The analysis categories are composed of information accessibility and accessibility of rental services.
 Results First, in the aspect of information diversity, various information was available on 64% of the websites. In the aspect of information organization, 40% of websites were inconvenient to use due to the ambiguous division of areas. In the aspect of information sharing, 76% of the websites were accessible to other channels. Second, in terms of organization of rental services, it was convenient to access rental services on more than 80% of websites. In terms of convenience of rental services, on weekdays, there were times when the service was not available on more than 70% of websites.
 Conclusions The results of this study revealed the contents and problem on the websites of SCC, and implied the more efficient information organization and convenience of rental services to increase accessibility on the websites of SCC.
